All participants (players, coaches, trainers, parents, officials) must fill out and turn in a waiver before enter the field. 

ENTERING THE FIELD WITHOUT A SIGNED WAIVER IS  CONSIDERED UNAUTHORIZED USE AND WILL BE  DEEMED AS TRESPASSING

Waivers must be completed and submitted at the front desk or emailed to manager@strikersportsclub.com.

If you forget your waiver at home, don’t worry—we have copies available at the front desk for your convenience.
